1. Introduction
SMASH ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Louvr Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the SMASH app.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Account information: name, username, email address
- Profile information: bio, location, profile photo
- Content you upload: videos, captions, hashtags
- Usage data: likes, comments, follows, views
- Crash and performance data via Firebase
- Content reports submitted by users
- Block lists (users you have blocked)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the SMASH service
- Display your content to other users
- Send activity notifications
- Process in-app subscriptions via RevenueCat and Apple
- Review and act on content reports within 24 hours
- Enforce our Terms of Use and remove objectionable content
4. User-Generated Content
SMASH allows users to upload videos and interact with other users. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Users can report content using the report button on any video, and can block other users from their profile. We review all reports and take action within 24 hours, including removing content and suspending accounts where necessary.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, and crash reporting
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Apple App Store — payment processing
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time from Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 7 days.
